1. Any player or club official deemed guilty of conduct prejudicial to the good name of Coxheath & Farleigh JFC will be fined, suspended or expelled from the club. The Coxheath & Farleigh JFC General Committee will sit to consider the appropriate action to take with the individual being notified of the committee's decision in writing.
2. * Annual Subscription to Coxheath & Farleigh JFC shall be at rates fixed by the General Committee and notified to the parents. The rate of subscriptions will be reviewed at the Annual General Meeting.
3. Training fees should be paid prior to commencement of training. The weekly subscription fee must be paid irrespective of whether training was
attended or not. A record is kept and any arrears must be paid at the earliest opportunity.
4. Continued failure to pay fees will result in the individual being excluded from training sessions until the arrears are brought up to date.
5. All boys are expected to attend and will be entitled to training, provided fees have been paid. This does not however guarantee selection for matches
involving Coxheath & Farleigh JFC.
6. The Annual Subscription fee must be paid prior to the start of each season. Difficulties arising regarding the payment of fees can be referred to the clubs General Committee and be dealt with on an individual basis.
7. Drill-Tops must be worn to all matches involving Coxheath & Farleigh JFC. Coxheath & Farleigh JFC Team Managers must be easily identifiable and so should wear their ' Drill Tops ' at all times whilst representing the club both during training sessions and during matches.
8. Shin-pads must be worn at training and during competitive matches involving Coxheath & Farleigh JFC. All boys will be required to have available at training and matches both training shoes and football boots. The final decision as to which item of footwear is most appropriate will be made by the team manager(s).
9. The kit will remain at all times the property of Coxheath & Farleigh JFC but individuals will be responsible for the kit whilst in their possession.
10. Individuals will be liable for loss or damage to club property whilst in their possession and will be billed for any loss or damage accordingly.
11. Individuals chosen to represent Coxheath & Farleigh JFC in competitive matches will be notified well in advance and should make themselves available at the time and place indicated.
12. Those chosen to play should immediately contact the team manager if they are unable to take part in the forthcoming match.
13. Team selection shall be the responsibility of the Team Manager(s) and carried out according, with equal regard to: behaviour, attendance, attitude, ability, loyalty and commitment.
14. First Aid must only be administered by a registered official of Coxheath & Farleigh JFC.
15. Any fines, as a result of a disciplinary matter, imposed by the governing League Committee at the time on an individual, whilst representing Coxheath & Farleigh JFC, may result in the individual being made liable for that payment. The General Committee will then sit to consider what action needs to take place with the individual being notified of the Committee's
decision in writing.
16. * A player wishing to leave Coxheath & Farleigh JFC shall give notice to this effect in writing to the Club Secretary. Such notice to be accompanied
by payment of all club dues to that date together with all property belonging to Coxheath & Farleigh JFC.
17. These rules may be amended at any meeting of the General Committee, unless this involves changing the clubs constitution, the Annual General Meeting or an Extraordinary General Meeting.
